Why is Yodel shutting down? 🤔

Yodel is being discontinued as an independent service to provide you with a more comprehensive and integrated communication solution - Brevo Phone!

By transitioning to our parent company Brevo's platform, we aim to offer enhanced functionalities that go beyond traditional telephony. Brevo's all-in-one platform includes CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and a suite of marketing and sales tools, all seamlessly integrated with Brevo Phone. This move ensures that you receive more value at a lower cost, streamlining your communication needs within a single, powerful platform.

The standalone Yodel service will officially be discontinued on June 30, 2025, as part of this transition.


How many phone lines can I have per user on Brevo Phone? 👤

On Brevo Phone, each Phone Pro user license (19 USD per month) includes one phone number, and to obtain additional phone numbers, you must purchase additional user licenses.

This structure differs from Yodel, where multiple numbers could be assigned to a single user for an additional fee. In Brevo, managing multiple phone numbers requires corresponding user licenses for each number.

But what if I want to migrate more than 1 Number to Brevo? 🤔

During the migration, we will ensure that all of your eligible Yodel numbers are successfully migrated to Brevo; this means we will be temporarily allowing your Brevo account to have multiple numbers with one user.
